The YB Inspire 8-Week Startup Program is designed to transform early-stage business ideas into investment-ready startups. By the end of the program, participants will have a solid business model, a detailed business plan, a compelling pitch deck, and the confidence to pitch to investors.
Who can apply to the program?
Anyone who has a business idea or a startup in mind ready to accelerate their growth and develop a product or service.
The goal is for YB Inspire to help accelerate innovation and entrepreneurial spirit with proven tools and methodologies. In the end you will have a chance to become funding ready and meet investors to pitch your business idea in a structured manner.

Question 1: What is the 42MTRX?
Answer:
42MTRX is a growth and innovation platform for startups, scaleups, and SMEs. It combines expert guidance, AI tools, bi-weekly peer sessions, and strategic support to help founders accelerate growth, adopt AI, and build future-proof organizations. Members also gain access to exclusive resources, 1-on-1 coaching, and a powerful business network across Europe. We also facilitate funding rounds when needed to the startups
Question 2: What are the costs?
Answer:
We are open for startup every 3 to max 4 times per year.
Per edition we validate the applications. Only 10 startups/ scale-ups can join the program for FREE. The other can join if they invest CHF 899.

Question 3: What is the Investment Program?
Answer:
The Investment Program is to maker sure that your startup/ scale-up is funding ready.
In 8-weeks Startup program we make sure that you practise the pitches and have a good pitchdeck in place, the IM (Investment Memorandum) so we can introduce you to our fund or to our active network of investors.

Question 4: How much Time does the program take?
Answer:
The program will take around 3 hours per week. Of course you can invest much more time. In the 8-weeks we discuss the first 11 tasks of the 42MTRX (42 tasks) These tasks help you to create focus, clarity and alignment within your company and your customers. These tasks help you as a guideline to accelerate your organisation. So investing more Time is always valuable. Most of the startups forget a lot validations that are really valuable for the organisation and the team.
